Circulating fluidized bed (CFB) combustion is a new technology of coal cleaning combustion and will have a great development in all over the world due to its many merits. The simulation system of boiler can be use to predict and solve the operation problems of the boiler, consequently enhance its security and economical efficiency. The cyclone segregator is an important device in large-scale CFBC system, and the after-burning phenomenon occurs commonly in boiler's practical operation. This phenomenon plays an important role in entire system's dynamic characteristic. So it is very necessary to establish an exact dynamic mathematical model base on the after-burning cyclone segregator. In this paper, independent dynamic models have been established for each related component, including air-flue gas system devices in 440t/h CFBB. The board size distribution characteristic of particles in gas and after-burning phenomena in the cyclone segregator has been taken into account in the thesis. Based on the mathematical model, simulation model is created with the advanced object-oriented programming language (COMPAQ Visual Fortran 6.5). The algorithms of modules include Gear algorithm and Jacobi algorithm. The results indicate that the dynamical characteristics of each module are correct and reasonable and agree with the theoretical analyses; the validity of mathematical model has been verified in the thesis. As the part of power plant project analysis simulator, this paper has adopted the modular modeling thought, using FORTRAN as programming tools. Some dynamic modules of the segregator and some other air-gas equipments have been developed. This paper has established dynamic mathematical models for cyclone segregator and related flue gas equipments in 440t/h CFBB. General purposed modules of the equipment have been developed and applied to engineering design and procedure analysis when they are adopted in power plant project analysis simulator which are benefit to analyses and solve engineering practical problem.
