Research Of CFB Boiler's Static Model Based On The Energy Balance And Ash Balance

The present paper describes the CFB boiler's technologic characters and developing situation, tendency in China and foreign. In order to research the balance of energy and ash in the control objects, Based on the general operation data of CFB boiler, a CFB boiler's static model is presented. Using some 410t/h CFB boiler As a actual object, emulating its operating status, the paper calculates and analyzes the relations between combustion quotient in furnace and the quantity of circulating ash (segregator effect), bed temperature, dumping rate. For the sake of investigate the connection between segregator effect and its configuration parameters, operating status, based on predigest in reason, a test-bed is built to experiment and analyze the current of segregator effect as the intake wind speed and the internal longness of the outlet pipe change. All those have great signification to open out the intrinsic rule of the CFB boilers and guide its operation.
