As the main source of aircraft lift,aircraft propeller is one of the most important parts in aviation industry.As a large-scale rotating component,in the actual process of production,it is inevitable to cause the problem of the uneven mass distribution,which leads to amount of unbalance.This amount of unbalance is easy to result in propeller vibration while working,low power transfer rate,and impact life-span,even aircraft performance.In order to solve this problem,this paper studies a propeller static balance detection system,which is used to detect the amount of unbalance of aircraft propeller due to production error.In addition,this system can calculate and display the position and size of the amount of unbalance.Afterwards,add or reduce the weight artificially to make the propeller reach the balance state within the qualified range.In this system,two torque stress sensors with right angle distribution in the axial direction are used to detect the torque signals in their respective directions by means of bearing unloading and double degree of freedom measurement in the mechanical structure measuring platform.The torque signal is transmitted to the lower computer,and is amplified,filtered and converted by the signal acquisition module and then output to the upper computer.After the upper computer receives the signal,the digital signal would be analyzed and calculated by the design software,and then it could come out the final result of the amount of unbalance.The main research contents of this subject are as follows:The mechanical structure design of this propeller static balance detection system.Based on the principle of static balance,the requirement and mechanism of motor overload protection,the mechanical structure of this propeller static balance detection system is designed reasonably,and CAD is used to draw two-dimensional diagrams of the mechanical structure.The lower computer of this propeller static balance detection system is designed.The design of the lower computer is divided into two parts: one is the design of driving circuit of overload protection device of measuring structure,so that the lower computer can control the protection device in different states of loading and measuring in real time;the other is the design of data acquisition module,which selects reasonable scheme to collect and convert the analog signal of sensor.The reasonable designs of these two parts can enhance the detection accuracy and safety of the system.The software design of this propeller static balance detection system.The software modules such as login initialization module,measurement module,system management module and calibration module are designed.According to the serial communication and standard protocol,the software can acquire the data.Through the principle of static balance,the software algorithm is designed.Finally,the visual human-computer interaction window display of this propeller static balance detection system is realized.After the overall design of this detection system is completed,the acquisition module and the overall detection system are tested respectively.Through the analysis of the experimental results,the feasibility of the scheme is determined and the detection system is optimized.Finally,the system is able to have the characteristics of high precision,high stability,high repetition,error in a reasonable range,high performance and simple operation.The detection and research of this system come to an end.Through various experiments,this system can achieve good results,and has a great effect on the static balance detection of aircraft propeller.
