ADSS Aero Vibration Calculation And Simulation

ADSS is a new and special type of electric power optical cable, which can be spanned on the overhead transmission line in existence. Because of its excellent performance , ADSS has been used widely in our country. Aero vibration does great harm to the ADSS when it installed on the overhead transmission line, and which threatens communication line and electric power transmission line as well. In this paper ,the ADSS aero vibration mechanism has been researched and the measure of anti-vibration has been discussed. The ADSS aero vibration mechanical performance is analysised firstly, and then the range of aero vibration frequency which needs to protect is confirmed based on the analyze. The damper's performance is researched. Then the reasonable anti-vibration measure is designed. The vibration intensity of ADSS is calculated after installed the anti-vibration devices. And a series of experiments have been carried on to test result calculated, which is validated to be reasonable and can be used in the real project. Finally, a suit of ADSS aero vibration calculation and emulation software was developed to facilitate the designers.
