The research of suspension, creating a model , analysis of research object are key of problems all the time. The automobile itself is a complicated many body system, under the loaded function of the external world, it is very complicated that systematic kinematics and dynamics are complex, have brought greater difficulty, because of the limitations of theory method and calculation means, the traditional method is often to simplify the model, the simple model of the low degrees of freedom has only reflected some characteristics of the true system, may produce the artificial result not accurate.Build with many rigid body systematic dynamics method model have higher precision may well solve above-mentioned problems .Systematic dynamics of many rigid body is a new discipline branch developed on the foundation of classical mechanics in the past 30 years, closely related with many fields such as vehicle design , robotics , mechanical kinetics , spacecraft controlling, movement biomethanics ,etc..1. Have studied the dynamics Lagrange method of many rigid body more systematically, namely the many rigid body dynamics modeling method to adopt relative coordinate. Lagrange method is suitable for the tree more system, but to no tree system, utilize Lagrange dynamics course figure that method receive much less.2. Utilize many rigid body dynamics Lagrange method set up Macphension suspension and doulbe wish suspension.Every component is simplified for rigid body, the connection among the components is simplified and cut for rigidity .3. According to the common method , ask it while solving above-mentioned linear equation groups , need to push coefficient matrix and right end one by hand, and to the dynamics equation of utilizing Lagrange method to be received, this is a very heavy and complicated job,This text has proposed one kind obtains coefficient burst of above-mentioned linear equation groups and method of one of right end through the procedure , the ones that made dynamics model and corresponding procedure get greatly in this were simplified.
