| EGR technology is one of the most efficient methods which reduces NOx emissions in all countries, so the parallel venturi tube EGR system become the choice of reducing the NOx emission of YC6105 diesel engine. The application research of the EGR technology onYC6105 diesel engine is divided into two stages, this paper only introduces the research results of the first stage. The main work of the first stage are: 1,To investigate and understand the application status of EGR technology in the world: 2,To design the parallel venturi tube EGR system of the YC6105 engine 3,To analyze and testify the EGR system of the YC6105 engine by experiment. The three compare plan are processed with throat tube of Φ21 ,Φ26 ,Φ30,the project of Φ26 is the best choice Through Matching with three kinds of turbochargers of GT3576 ,HOISET-HX and HOISET-HX "Φ26+GT3576"is the optimal matching project at last. 4,Summarize and evaluate the EGR system of the YC6105 diesel engine and make out the research thought for the second stage. |
