Study And Design Of The Railroad Rolling-stockBody Reshaper Based On Hydraulic DriveTechnology

For a long time ,the reshaping operation of the rolling-stock body (Especially vertical pillars side walls and doors of the rolling-stock) is always a hard work to the overhaul department of railway wagon trains. With the development of national economy and the progress of jump development of railway transportation, Wagon reshaping operations are becoming obstruction in progress of the examine and repair department, therefore it is important for us to research and develop an advanced special machine, Which is fit for wagon reshaping operations of the examine and repair departments.This thesis is a sum up of the research and development on a rolling-stock body reshaping machine that is based on the present overhaul technological requirements of railway transportation The general design concepts, function characteristics and the machine constructions of Model YDZ- II rolling-stock reshaping machine are mainly discussed. The construction of the reshaping machine hydraulic system is particularly analysed in this thesis. The projects of the hydraulic speed control and the motor drive are given out. The detail design of hydraulic system and assembly design of the reshaper are discussed. The controlling characters of the variable pumps and motors used in the reshaping machine are studied. According to the requirements of energy-saving, A variable pump control method is employed and that will be a solid foundation for design of reshaping machine in future. This thesis could be a reference for the design of other middle-size and small-size engineering machines hydraulic system.
