As the railway safety been paid more and more attention by the whole society,The study of reliability has become a hotspot of research in the field of engineering.The application of Rolling stock reliability engineering has become the urgent need of railway transportation.The reliability of key devices and components of rolling stock plays a decisive role on the life and safety of Rolling stock itself.Therefore,it has important significance for the modeling method research of key equipment and parts of rolling stock.Due to lose effectiveness of key equipment and parts of rolling stock such as the direction of rolling bearing,gear box,motor,locomotive diesel engine parts mostly caused by wear,corrosion,fatigue,impact and so on,this paper discusses the Weibull distribution on rolling stock key equipment reliability modeling method.Because the locomotive working environment is complex of various components,the failure reason is often more than one,therefore,the effect is not ideal failure data fitting of parts repair site of the locomotive with single Weibull distribution,relative to the single model,the mixed Weibull distribution has better fitting precision.As a result,this paper discusses the application of Weibull mixture distribution in the reliability analysis of the key equipment of the locomotive vehicle,studied the parameters estimation method of two fold Weibull distribution,and uses the nonlinear regression algorithm realize the parameters of the model.When the mathematical model is applied to the theory in practical analysis of the locomotive parts failure data,the workload is very large,and inefficient.This paper on the basis in referenced and compared the at home and abroad software system,using C#and Matlab language programming,developed the reliability of key equipment and spare parts for locomotive and rolling stock analysis software,and successfully integrated the theory of mathematical model into the analysis software.The system has a characteristic which contraposes locomotive vehicle equipment lose effectiveness data and the fault diagnosis data.At the same time the locomotive fault diagnosis system and the analysis software developed by the research group is composed of a complete locomotive maintenance system.Ground in a central database provide the data source for the analysis system,using the feedback result of system,in combination with locomotive maintenance Database,locomotive fault diagnosis system can make reasonable locomotive maintenance policies,so as to ensure the safe running of vehicles.
