The textual research contents belongs to the region of the seismic of engineeringstructures. The text research and discusses the principle, supposing, putting intopractice step, merit and shortcoming,now development conditions, and principle ofseismic performance evaluation of static elasto-plastic analysis method.At proceedstatic elasto-plastic analysis, get some conclusion and put forward the some demandcontinue thorough investigative problem. The push-over analysis for the concreteconstruction provides for the actual design theories of engineering and the result ofthe conceptTo compare the result of static elasto-plastic analysis and elasto-plastic time historyanalysis for the high building.Under more occurred earthquake , the curve shape ofthe structure displacement is basic coincided.But the result of push-over analysis isslightly conservative. Under seldom occurred earthquake, the curve shape of thestructure displacement is also basic coincided. Push-over analysis method canevaluate the satisfying safe degree in construction and seismic performance.Like rule and quantity distribute equal frame, the result of push-over analysismethod is coincided with the result of elasto-plastic time history analysis method.For unrule and quanlity distribute unequal frame, its curve shape of structuraldisplacement is resemble, but the storey displacement angle is not coincided anddiffer bigger. This explain Push-over analysis method still need perfect for unrulestructures.
