Under the background of more and more serious shortage of energy form and environmental pollution day by day, solar energy adsorption refrigeration which is friendly for environment and energy-conservation etc, which have make it become one of substitute technology of some traditional refrigeration styles , Scientific and technical personnel of countries all over the world paid close attention to it and become the focal point of research., the main research works are summarized as following:1 , According to the actual operating mode, change the integrative type of solar adsorption refrigeration device into separated type.2, Comparing and anglicizing the performance of some used usually working pairs, selecting active carbon-Methanol as the best refrigeration working pairs.3, There is not a strict design standard for adsorption bed, so at the base of adsorption refrigeration design experience , I design shell and pipe type adsorption bed which is very beneficial to put the working pairs into the bed and certain bearing press ability .According to requires of refrigeration load,I designed suitable condenser and evaporator. This system require the better sealing . so the strict airtight test are done to the system, it is very important to keep vacuity.4, Because the radiation of solar energy is unstable, establishing storing liquid pot of condensational liquid, guaranteeing the refrigeration continuously .In order to make the device compactness, storing liquid pot and condenser are made into an organic whole.5, According to the solar energy resource state of our country , test the performance of the system under the state of different weathers ,anglicizing vary of the temperature and press in the bed and get that the COP is 0.169.Because taking the solar energy as driving heat source ,it must be influenced by the quantity of solar energy ,so its performance must be lower than that of others refrigeration device .but from the long benefit ,this is a way of energy -conversation for refrigeration. So this device will have the higher applicationable value.
