The demand of environmental protection is more and more intensive in recent years. The refrigerating medium of chlorofluorocarbon hydrocarbon using in refrigerating machine was forbidden gradually and the problem of energy shortage is more and more severe. Adsorption refrigeration that does not use refrigerating medium of chlorofluorocarbon hydrocarbon and uses low-grade heat reservoir has become research target of many countries. Now adsorption refrigeration is in the stage of theory research, so only a small amount of products have been sold in the marketplace. One of the most reasons is that adsorption refrigeration has no competitive power comparing with other refrigerating system. Adsorption bed is the very important part of adsorption refrigeration system. There will be very important meaning researching the heat transfer nature to adsorption refrigeration system nature. In this paper the structure of adsorption bed was optimized and a novelty adsorption Bed structure that uses double tubing structure and uses the heat transfer way of laying adsorbent in the tube and flowing heat transfer mediator out of tube. The mathematical mode was founded to the novelty adsorption bed structure. It was simulated with MATLAB software and some parameter of partial differential equation was simulated with MATLAB Toolbox. The static distribution of temperature was draw and the dynamic change of temperature, adsorptions rate and average pressure was draw. These parameters responded the heat transfer nature of the adsorption bed, and the good result was draw. The refrigeration nature with the adsorption bed was computed, what's more, the effect of metal heat capacity ratio to refrigeration nature was considered. This offered theory law to more optimized design.
