According to the applications of DC operation power supply system in power systems of Jigang, and the demand of on-line montioring DC system ,the structure of on-line monitoring DC system are designed. The design of intelligent high frequency switching DC power supply system and the testing of industrial storage cell are reached. The paper presents a theory of locating faulty circuit by monitoring leakage current to ground through DC transducers and a DC system insulation monitor is developed by this theory. A novel method that can rapidly recognize short-circuit for the DC system is proposed according to the integrative criterion of loop current and generatrix voltage measured by the HOER sensor. Applying the theory of three-segments AC protection for the DC system it designs radiate segment one two three loops for the DC power supply. According to the demand of on-line montioring DC system ,the structure of on-line monitoring DC system are designed; The text studyed the work principle of the on-off charge machine, analyse and discussed the problem of high frequency on-off chage moude,compared the scheme of main loops, analysed the switch wasrage, designed the on-off chage facility.The text studyed the testing way of storage battery capability, analysed the design principle, judgement, choosing of test frequency, deal with of systern noises,and the system structure. Compared the testing method of inner resistance, analysed the feasibility and advantage of the whole bag of tricks.
