In the large-size and costly equipment, which needs drive shafts to drive driven shafts, it is very significant to check the superposition of axes of the shafts in the process of Assembling Work, such as power machines. When the alignment of the shafts is all right, the abrasion of the machines, and the time of preventing failure and maintain, all can be decreased. It is proved by experiences, that inaccurate alignment shafts can damage machines, and may endanger the operators. In the field of alignment, there are many advanced technology and high precision instruments, such as ROTALIGN from German, FIXTURLASER from Sweden. This project is established by Predictech (Beijing) Incorporation Limited, cooperated with our school, in the condition that there is no such instrument in inland, and such instrument is urgent needed. The laser alignment instrument is a good alignment instruments presently. The shafts are connected by the small safe LD and the PSD of 6um resolution rate. The single chip system will process the main arithmetic and computer-human interaction. This thesis is based on the research of laser alignment instrument. In the first, the paper expatiates the basic principle of laser produced by LD. Then based on the characteristic of laser, the thesis researches the constant of laser during the measurement, that is, the energy center. And then, the thesis discusses the principle of PSD, and the others circuit. So, the laser beam can be seemed as perfect lines. By the symmetry of geometry, the model and the formula can be established for two laser beam LD/PSD alignment instruments. By the formula, the offset, the angular deviation can be obtained. In practice, when coordinates of two angular of two beam of LD/PSD are measured, people can gained the relative position. The center MCU is the single chip of C8051F020 of Xin Hua Long Company. The single chip collects the voltage signal, being magnified. The AD converter in the single chip transforms the signal, which then is put into the main processor. At last, the whole instrument is designed and realized, that includes the LD, PSD, the measure sensor, magnified circuit, single chip, LCD screen and power module. |
