The Study On Urban Road System Of Hills Region Based On Ecological Landscape

The history of the world cities development is in fact how people harmonize and struggle against nature. During primitive farming times, people mainly conform to nature and avails themselves of the predominant region of resources and environments to inhabit. Till industrial times, people begin to exploit and depredate natural resources, which led to the city ecological system's increasing depravation and the structure's confusion so that the harmonious relation between man and nature tends to be tension .Whereupon; people start to re-think the theory of city planning, and attempt to research city problems in virtue of the ecology theory.This thesis aims at the hills and city road system, and considers, with a new view, the research of the hills and city road system's layout and construction from the perspective of landscape ecology. The primary content of the paper is composed of four parts:Part 1 mainly expounds the macro idea of the thesis including the retrospection of planning theory development , the establishment of ecological landscape and road traffic theory, which involve the relationship between road construction and protection of ecological landscape, so as to provide theory support for this thesis.Part 2 is the basic analysis. The part puts forward special requirements for the planning of the city road system in hills region by further analysis on the influencing factors to the city road system in hill regions such as natural factor, landscape factor, traffic factor and engineering factor.Part 3 is the primary achievements of the thesis. The part starts from the main aspects of road system in hill regions (namely road meshwork, line type and section design), and explores the relationship between city road system and hill ecological landscape, and brings forward the detailed model of optimizing design. Finally, it suggests the guidelines and administrative policy.Part 4concludes the thesis. The part puts forward the frame of the index evaluation system on city road system in hill regions and discusses its practical application.Starting from the relationship between city road system in hill regions and ecological landscape, this thesis tries to establish the theoretical method and design criteria accord with the special requirements of city road system in hill regions so as to provide the realistic guidance for city construction in hill regions through the comprehensive application of diagrammatical model method , classified induction and systemic analysis method.
