This dissertation is derived from the national "Tenth Five Year" Project, "Research on High-Speed Train Transverse Semi-active Damping Electro-Hydraulic Reverse-Proportional Relief Valve". With the development of the transportation, the speed of the train must be improved. But the increased speed will inevitably lead to the increased damping of the train, especially in the transverse one. With the advantage of the low energy consuming and the simple control, semi-active suspension is currently the optimum mode of the high-speed train suspension in China. With the setting of the electro-hydraulic reverse-proportional relief valve, the transverse damping of the high-speed train can be decreased, and it has a broad prospect.This dissertation focuses on the research of electro-hydraulic reverse-proportional relief valve in the system of the high-speed transverse semi-active damping. In this dissertation, the design scheme and the structure design are introduced. The steady-state characteristic and the dynamic characteristic of the electro-hydraulic reverse-proportional relief valve are analyzed. And simulation and test are researched as well.In chapter 1, the following items are firstly overviewed. The background and the significance of the project, the present development condition of the electro-hydraulic proportional technique and electro-hydraulic proportional valve, the function of the electro-hydraulic reverse-proportional relief valve in the semi-active suspension system, the significance and the main contents of this project.In chapter 2 , the following items are introduced. The working principle of the electro-hydraulic reverse-proportional relief valve and its technique request, three schemes of the electro-hydraulic reverse-proportional relief valve, the improved design of the electric proportional amplifier.In chapter 3, the steady-state characteristic of the electro-hydraulic reverse-proportional relief valve is analyzed. The control characteristic of the proportional electromagnet, and the design and its calculation of the electro-hydraulic reverse-proportional relief valve are introduced; and the steady-state load characteristic is analyzed at last.In chapter 4, the transfer function of the electro-hydraulic reverse-proportional relief valve are deduced based on the structure principle and the working principle of the dynamic balance. The related factors with the dynamic response characteristics, stability, control accuracy are researched, by which the simulation and the test can be directed theoretically.In chapter 5 , the steady-state characteristic and the dynamic characteristic of the electro-hydraulic reverse-proportional relief valve are analyzed on the basis of the theoretical analysis in the chapter 3 and chapter 4.
