Since the French physicist Pascal put forward the principle of hydrostatic transmission, hydraulic technology has been developed for about three hundred years. With the development of manufacturing industry, hydraulic technology has been greatly improved in recent years.Hydraulic new technologies and hydraulic new elements are constantly emerging.As a professional mechanical basic course, hydraulic technology teaching needs the combination of theory and practice, hydraulic experimental table is the main equipment of hydraulic technology teaching for experiment and practice.For the sake of adapting to the requirements of modern teaching and cultivating outstanding technical talents, this thesis introduced the technology of virtual instrument to the measurement and controlling technology of hydraulic experimental table,made an exposition of the hydraulic technology development and hydraulic experimental table research present situation and the development trend of the experimental table, furthermore the software are analyzed. According to the working conditions and the use of hydraulic experimental table, this thesis design of hydraulic testing systems and finish performance test of electro-hydraulic proportional valve and electric hydraulic servo valve using virtual technology, the experiment software control program operation is described in detail.Experiment table consists of the basic hydraulic components (such as a hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, control valve,electro-hydraulic proportional direction valve), performance test system of electro-hydraulic proportional overflow valve, performance test system of electro-hydraulic proportional speed-regulating valve performance test system of electro-hydraulic servo valve, pressure sensor and flow sensor and so on. Electro hydraulic proportional valve static characteristic test includes control characteristic and static load testing of the proportional direction valve, proportional flow valve and proportional flow valve; proportional valve dynamic characteristics includes testing of the frequency and step response characteristic. Performance testing of electro hydraulic servo valve test includes the flow characteristics of no-load and load, pressure characteristic and frequency response characteristics.The electro-hydraulic proportional valve and electro-hydraulic servo valve in electro-hydraulic control system are very important elements,and its static and dynamic characteristics are of great significance in the theoretical and experimental research of electro-hydraulic control system for testing.On the basis of the virtual instrument measurement and control technology, computer aided test system is accurate and efficient completion of electro-hydraulic proportional valve and electro-hydraulic servo valve characteristic test, testing process and data processing by computer completely,and the results are accurate.The actual test results verify the rationality and reliability of the testing system.
