Study On The System Of Assessment For Cargo Operation In Liquefied Gas Carrier Simulator

The quantity of liquefied carrier is increasing rapidly and keeped uptrend. This paper takes Fully Pressurized Carrier as an example, and introduces the feature of carrier tanker, characteristic of cargo, as well as handling program. The simulation of cargo operation is set up on the physical model and evaluation based on expert system for operator's handling process of cargo system is developed. The state of the carrier is changing with the operation of cargo system and other interrelated system. Thus, quantitative evaluation based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation for change of the whole carrier's state caused by operator's operation is developed. According to changing state of carrier and key proceedings during the period of cargo handling program, target system is developed from the three aspects of security, environment and economic cost. The contributions of all targets are confirmed by new scale of Analytic Hierarchy Process, which enhances the credit degree of the targets. Credit degree methods based on fussy clustering analysis are used to confirm the contributions of targets for the incomplete uniformity judgement matrix, which solves the problem that the contributions aren't conformed because incomplete uniformity judgement matrix set by expert or user is difficult to be corrected. The membership grades are achieved by typical functions, which are able to be corrected by regulating correlative parameters according to different carrier and state. Based on the theoretical research work, a multi-media simulation software is developed which is flexible, effective and able to be applied to different simulator, and the results are reasonable and credible.The paper is available to develop assessment software for liquefied cargo system of other kind of liquefied carrier simulator and optimizing the operation on the carrier.
