In order to achieve to-and-fro linear motions in power transit, rotary motions is transformed generally into linear motions, and so linear motor drives are better candidates for both low-speed and high-speed mass transit applications. But linear switched reluctance motor(LSRM) was rarely applied in ancient days, the reason is that it is very difficult to build exact theoretic model and eliminate intrinsic force ripples (similar with RSRM ), and it is much difficult to control LSRM.. With the development of power electronics and digital technology, LSRM has received considerable attention from academe and research organizations in recent years for its simpler robust construction, high-variable-speed performance and low manufacturing casts .Many universities and research organizations have been studying it and have obtained much development. With the guidance of theory of "simplifying the mechanics through advanced control strategy", this paper refers the newest international theoretic achievement and analyses the theory of LSRM, designs of construction and systemic simulation.LSRM's theoretic model is deduced from basic theory in this paper, it mainly includes: design the construction of LSRM according to detail parameters , analyze stationary speciality of every parameter; deduce dynamic equation and transfer function, build dynamic non-linear model, analyze its systemic dynamic speciality, gain simulative results, optimize system, introduce a way of selecting parameters. The result indicates that the quality of response of the system will be improved evidently.After analyzing the general power convenor ,a soft switching converter power will be introduced to depress and remove its ripples and wastage .TMS320VC33 will be used to process data,and this paper put forwards test circuit associated with DSP.To depress and remove its yawp and ripples, this paper makes use of the excellence of sliding mode controller, such as rapid response ,and so, the results is obvious.This paper combines the construction of linear motor and the theory and control manner of RSRM, analyses the theory and simulation of LSRM deeply, improving its performance on the premise of keeping its advantages and simplifying its construction ulteriorly. This paper makes LSRM applied in some special positions and improves the systemic efficiency.The results indicate that the construction of LSRM is simple very much, control manner is perfect correspondly and the more deeply research and generalization of LSRM is a very meaningful work...
