| With the increasingly serious air pollution and the continuous development of new energy vehicles,hybrid electric vehicles have become the focus of research in various countries.Under this situation,this paper proposes a multi-functional structure that combines the traditional single cylinder engine(SCE)with a linear switched reluctance motor(LSRM).This multi-functional structure can complete the work of engine,motor and generator at the same time.First of all,this paper chooses SCE as the research carrier.According to its size,shape and movement mode,we use Solidworks 3D modeling software to design LSRM that can be combined with it.The structure of the combination of SCE and LSRM is printed in 3D printer.Secondly,the electromagnetic characteristics of LSRM are analyzed in detail by using the finite element analysis software JMAG.The correctness of the electromagnetic design is verified by the simulation results of the electromagnetic loop.And the data of the magnetic linkage,inductance and magnetic potential of LSRM are obtained,which are loaded into the Simulink.Then,the translator subforces are programmed in MATLAB.Two methods of direct differential and dissolving method are used to calculate the translator force and select the best data to be loaded into the Simulink.Finally,the simulation module of the whole control system is established by using MATLAB/Simulink.Using the method of position control of the motor is set the turn-on and turn-off position,so that LSRM can present two different working conditions,i.e.when the engine works,LSRM power generator in the state;when the engine power shortage or stop working,LSRM work in the motor state,driven by the engine movement. |
