Nondestrutive test methods of structure concrete strength developed from 1930s,which can test on the building directly. The test mechanism of single method such asrebound method and ultrasonic method make the two methods unperfect. Traditionalultrasonic-rebound method offsets them and heightens test precision. To improve precisonulteriorly, this paper arrived at an expression of inverse regression fused method ofrebound and ultrasonic according to data fusion, which can be used to estimate test areaconcrete strength. The expression is a new estimator. It inducts the maximum likelihood theory toinverse regression, and estimates one of the independent variables. The gained is anestimator of indirect measurement, which includes much sample with different variance. The estimator expression has the weigthed form. Each component got from inverseregression, and the weight number includes the reciprocal of the variance. Introducingvariance to the weight number can make the result more precise. In practical test, toestimate the measurement with the weight sum can discriminate different means byprecison. To do this not only lessen the disturbing of measures with lower precision, butalso avoid single method to reflect the tested unilaterally, to gain a satisfying result.Theory testified: The estimator is unbias, and with the smallest variance, thus theestimator is effective. This paper used inverse regression fused method of rebound andultrasonic, and ultrasonic-rebound method to estimate strength of 5 group, 90 blocks. Andthe the new method's absolute of relative error is 4.18%, and with larger value of thetraditional method. So that we can say the new method improves the precision advancelycomparing with the existed methods.Although the method was put forward to the nondestructive test of concrete, it can beapplied to other fields.
