Nondestrutive test methods of structure concrete strength has been developed since 1930s, which can test on buildings directly. The test mechanism of single method such as rebound method and ultrasonic method makes the two methods imperfect. Traditional ultrasonic-rebound method offsets them and heightens test precision. To improve precison ulteriorly, this paper arrives at an expression of inverse regression fused method of rebound and ultrasonic according to data fusion, which can be used to estimate test area concrete strength. So there are many people using a great number of blocks in the laboratory to make ultrasonic-rebound experiment which is on the basis of a great deal of experiment data , according to the data fusion idea to make out ultrasonic-rebound curve, which makes ultrasonic-rebound method more accurate and simple.The curves which are drawn by using blocks mentioned in the above method, need to be testified on spot using, because the differences between the blocks and the architecture structure are comparatively great and they make it very discommodious to use the above curves. In order to improve the accuracy and make the spot use more convenient ulteriorly, this subject makes experiments on wall entities, makes use of the data of wall entities and blocks to make up ultrasonic-rebound scene strength test curve of commercial concrete entity wall together. By testing this curve which is assuredly more accurate than the traditional one which uses the data of blocks only. Further more, in the condition which is inconvenient or impossible scene coring, this curve can be also used directly, which makes strength test curve more simple to use.During the process of using both the block and the wall entities data at the same time to make strength test curve, this paper puts forward a new regression method. It uses maximum likelihood principle to make entities wall data and block data. Which two sets of data from different sources more effective. After fusion to be used, this method can make the entities wall data be expanded so that the strength test curve will be more accurate. Through theoretical proof, the estimated quantum has the nature which has the unbiased and smallest variance, so this estimated quantum is effective. After using the above method, the ultrasound curve and rebound curve are obtained respectively. According to the data fusion idea to make them fused, the ultrasonic-rebound scene strength test curve will be obtained at last.The above theoretical methods are put forward to the nondestructive test of concrete, it can be applied to other fields as well.
