With Background of Space Mission Simulation System, an agent based Space Equipments Simulation Resources Management System (SESRMS) is implemented. SESRMS which has high security mechanism, good expansibility and scalability, can provide timely, multi-version and multi-granularity resources for all kinds of space simulation and analysis applications. The thesis also study the application of multi-agent system (MAS) theory in the distributed resources management system preliminarily.Firstly, the architecture of SESRMS is designed. Considering the requirement of space mission simulation and analysis for the resources management, this thesis summarizes the function and characteristic of SESRMS, and presents the agent based system construction in order to manage and use distributed simulation resources effectively. The architecture of SESRMS is designed, and four layers of the architecture are discussed, that is, basic resource layer, common operation environment, simulation application interface layer and management and control layer.In order to satisfy the requirement of various space mission simulations and analysis, a standard interface and common service for access to the system resources, that is, resource access protocol, is designed, thus the independencies of resource storage manner and resource representation are realized. The design of resource access protocol introduced the object-oriented hierarchical method. By analyzing the relationships among various resources of space equipment simulation, all kinds of object classes for space equipment simulation resources are defined. By introducing the model description method based on source codes, components or DLL, the model dictionary which describes the realizations of model instances is designed. Based on these, the model management method is discussed. The resource access protocol is the foundation of SESRMS. On the one hand, it supports the agent based resources management manner, on the other hand, it ensures that SESRMS is scalable and the resources are reusable.The connectivity between the application modules and resource base of space mission simulation system is realized by agent. The duty of an agent is to manage the local resources of each module, as well as apply the external access interface which follows the resource access protocol. Based on the specific analysis on the information flow and control flow between the agents, the messaged based communication mechanism of MAS is realized. are introduced, STK agent, data collect agent and resource base agent are also introduced.Considering the questions met in the system realization and future developments, we discuss the application of MAS in the distributed resources management system and present a tree hierarchicalstructure of MAS organization manner, managing the agents according to its ability, and put forward a cooperate mechanism for hierarchical MAS based on the research of several cooperate mechanisms.At last, we introduce the implementation of the system and present an application instance to illustrate the specific application of each SESRMS module in each simulation phase.
