The Study Of Principal-Agent Relations Of Water Resource Management Of East Route Of South To North Water Transfer

The South to North Water Transfer Project intends to transfer water from the lower, middle and upper reaches of the Changjiang River to the North by means of three routes, i.e. the east route, the middle route and the west route which are connected with the Changjiang River, Huaihe River, the Huanghe River and Haihe River, hence forming the general network of four horizontal routes and three vertical routes. The east route of South to North Water Transfer Project is being constructed. When completed, a large water resource system will be formed, which is connected with the Changjiang River, Huaihe River, the Huanghe River and Haihe River. It is a complex system with multi valley, multi water source and multi objective, and involves the interests of many water-using departments in five provinces and cities. It' s nerver meeted lesson how to manage such big system not only in our country but also in foreign country.
