As a new control method ,Direct Torque Control method has its advantage because DTC system has robust performance and simple structure comparing to Field-orientation control system .But Direct Torque Control system can hardly have as broad as the speeds range which Field-orientation system can have .It is because that DTC system can not have big load capability and there are torque pulses in it .This paper has made a further research about the problems of the Direct Torque Control system . The proposed scheme is based on the conventional Direct Torque Control system .Fuzzy control strategy is adopted to select the state of the switch of the converter to substitute for the Schmitt trigger .Flux and Torque are divided into several sections ,The optional voltage vector is selected according to them which improve control accuracy and dynamic and static performance of the system .A fuzzy stator observator is adopted to measure the changement of the stator reluctance on-line ,which improve the performance of the system in low speed. TMS320LF2407A chip of TI corporation is contributed to digital control of the motor, its calculating speed is so fast that it can control current in real-time .We build a digital fuzzy DTC control system based on the TMS320LF2407A chip so that we can control current in real-time. We build a digital fuzzy DTC control system based on the TMS320LF2407chip so that we can improve the performance of the system by modifying software. We finish the debug of software and hardware of the system. The experiment results verify the validity of the proposed scheme.
