In resent years, the development of high-grade asphalt concrete road surface is changing with each passing day. But, in working on the asphalt road surface, the conditions that temperature isolation always happened. In the duration that tip truck transport asphalt concrete from the mixing chamber to the construction location, followed with the time goes on, the asphalt concrete will occur the temperature isolation. The thesis uses the tool of finite element method to carry on the simulation test on the temperature field of the asphalt concrete that in the midway of the transportation by tip truck. The analysis on the temperature isolation of asphalt concrete is not only on the quality, but also on quantity. Based on the simulation condition, the thesis carries on the following aspects work: 1. Analysis the reason that the asphalt concrete occurs temperature isolation in the midway of transportation by tip truck, and according to the method of finite element method take each kind of reason as thermal burden adds into the simulation model. 2. Establish simulation model according to the surface unit method, that often used in the finite element method, and carry on simulation test on construction environment at normal temperature, low temperature and high temperature separately. 3. Give preliminary analysis on the result of simulation test that include the model graph of temperature field, curved line of node temperature and node temperature. Establish the relation of simulation results in three kinds of temperature, and confirm the definitude factor that lead to temperature isolation by compare. 4. According to the completed simulation test, draw up function on the temperature change condition of asphalt concrete in the side board of tip truck, and carry on conformity to the three group function. 5. To test and verify the drop-temperature function by the date which received from sampling in construction location. The proven result proves that the functions satisfy the demand both in engineering and programming.
