The cast-in-place stiffen rib beam-less floor is a kind of new floor system which developed with the advent of new building materials and new construction technology. These floors have many advantages such as low structural height, small deadweight and relatively high stiffness. These advantages make this kind floor widely used in construction. But the experiment and theory about the floor are not enough. So based on the experiments, the mechanical properties of the structure in vertical loading is studied in this article. The beam experiments, which are loaded in single direction, are discussed in case to studying the load capacity different in tow directions. Then the article discussed the floor experiments, which are done in vertical load, to analysis distribution of stresses, displacements and load. The solid isoparametric elements and the mode of mapped meshing are used because the elements have excellent adaptability for the hole and the mode is convenient for the result-dealing. The thesis proposed the comparative analysis on solid and hollow slabs under the ideal constraint condition. the result of research shows that the load capacity, distribution of stressing and displacements of the cast-in-place stiffen rib beam-less floor are similar to solid floor. The rib in the stiffen-rib pipe can improve load capacity about 5.00% at longitudinal direction and about 8.70% at the other direction. But the stiffening rib improves the stiffness at longitudinal direction. There are large stress appearing in pipe's bottom and top, there are also large stress in cast-in-place ribs.
