Ibbed shell mould cast-in-place floor is in general ribbed floor, on the basis of the use of recyclable reuse plastic form and a new construction technology developed a form of floor construction does not need to separate the erection rib beam template, speed is quick, the scene can be a casting molding, with advantages of light weight, high strength and high economic benefit, has a wide range of application and prospects. The existing engineering design is a big gap between the software calculation methods lead to different results, floor design parameters on the floor deformation and mechanical characteristics and floor crack distribution is not clear; To solve above problems, the paper USES the method combining the theoretical analysis and finite element numerical calculation, the ribbed shell mould of cast-in-place floor mainly for the following several aspects of research:(1) were established using finite element software ANSYS and SAP2000beam calculation and analysis-shell model, compare the calculated results with the simplified calculation method and the results were analyzed.(2) of the same beam-shell model, the rib beam width, height of rib beam, slab thickness and rib beam spacing effect on the properties of ribbed floor bearing shell mould, appropriate ribbed floor design parameters are put forward.(3) SOLID65element in ANSYS is used to establish three-dimensional solid model of ribbed floor, nonlinear analysis, analysis of ribbed floor, concrete stress and strain and deflection of change floor crack distribution and the law of development.Through the study found:SAP2000and ANSYS results are basically the same with the simplified calculation method, but SAP2000rib beam bending moment, shear force and deflection results and the simplified calculation method is slightly larger than ANSYS rib beam bending moment, shear force and deflection of the results, which showed the same main girder; Rib beam height and rib beam spacing on the floor had a greater influence on the mechanical performance, less influence ribbed slab width and the thickness of the floor slab, rib beam height generally take for1/14of the rib beam span, rib beam spacing is1200mm-1200mm is more appropriate, floor beam width and thickness of the floor slab structure and construction requirements; First floor cracks appeared in the floor at the bottom of the cross rib beam, along with the load increase, the upper cap edge and floor cracks across the upper also.
