Combining with rolling bearing design engineering practices, a new method for deve loping three-two dimensional integrated miniature deep groove ball bearing design software is proposed in this dissertation. Based on profound research of model building ideas and generating control modes, many further-development means of Pro/ENGINEER are analyzed and compared, and two further-development means of Pro/ENGINEER are combined to develop three and two dimensional miniature deep groove ball bearing design software. Many key points, such as interface development of Pro/ENGINEER and Microsoft Visual C++ ,Microsoft Access, data processing of rolling bearing design handbook, data structure and data transmission of miniature deep groove ball bearing design system, model building of three dimensional models, symbolic library establishment for rolling bearing drawings, projecting from three dimensional models to two dimensional drawings are fully discussed in this dissertation. The Software can calculate and output models and schedule drawings of rolling bearing through inputting basic geometric parameters, can calculate and output performance parameters through inputting work conditions automatically. Motion emulation of rolling bearings is researched through further development of Pro/ENGINEER based on Pro/TOOLKIT and, ideal motion state emulation of miniature deep groove ball bearings is implemented successfully in this dissertation. In addition, a test for certifying mathematic models of performance parameters is carried out in this dissertation and one of the most important performance parameters, friction moment, is correct.
