Bearing in a very important position in modern industry, and is widely used in various industries,and has put forward higher requirements on the quality of bearing. The fault of mechanical equipmentalso appears more and more, many of the failure is due to bearing caused, according to incompletestatistics, in rotating machinery fault is about30%of the rolling bearing caused.Rolling bearings may be due to various cause damage in the process of operation, a series offactors such as improper assembly, poor lubrication, moisture and foreign intrusion, corrosion andoverload. Even in normal use and maintenance of proper circumstances, after long time operation, alsocan appear wear condition, and possibly cause the bearing fault.Due to the characteristics of the life of rolling bearing large discreteness, makes even the samebatch of the same technology products, in the maintenance of normal use, there is also likely to workmore than its design life, or is far from reaching its design life. This makes the bearing fault diagnosistechnology is particularly important, and effective control of the equipment, the occurrence ofcatastrophic failure warning, and provide useful information to take effective remedial measures.Deep groove ball bearings use amount is large, mature production technology, and has theadvantages of simple structure and other factors, the deep groove ball bearing as the research object,the research from the following several aspects about the failure of deep groove ball bearing:First of all, reading a lot of literature by reading and to understand the current domestic andforeign to the bearing fault signal extraction, research status and research results of analysis andprocessing, and to study and summarize.Secondly, through the production practice in a Chongqing bearing factory, learning thenproduction process and production process of deep groove ball bearing and understand productionprocess defects and phenomenon, online detection and artificial detection of bearing factory.Finally, deduced the mathematical and physical model for a particular type of deep groove ballbearings, on this basis, set up the experiment platform, and the software programming, analysis andreasoning is proposed for the fault vibration signal of deep groove ball bearings.
