Product Logistics System is the important part of the Manufacture System.There are very close relationship between production logistics process and Manufacture technics process.Machining and production logistics system modeling and simulation in the planning phrase can find unreasonable things ,so we can have chance to improve it earlier.in this way, Machining and production logistics system have improved,which would be of greatly benefit to the factory. In the paper, it analyzes the methods of Discrete Event System modeling,then The logistics system modeling method with O-O Generalized Stochastic Colored Petri nets(OGSCPN) is put forward.Firstly, adopting the OGSCPN method the sub-systems of the Machining and production logistics system is established, including the machining model, the storage model, the materiel convey system model, the cutting scrap recycling system model, the logistics information system model and the logistics control system model. Secondly, the Machining and production logistics system is also modeled with OGSCPN integration modeling method. Finally, Supported by the project from the H1 rear bridge shop in Hefei Automobile bridge Co.Ltd, the modeling of the machining and production logistics system in the rear bridge shop is established,and this paper analyzes andresearches the system.
