Study On Countermeasure Of Transport Improvement Of City Central District

City central district is the core region of city structure and the important part of city function. It is the concentrated place of the public building of city and the third industry. It provides the economic, political and cultural social activity facilities and service space for the city. City central district attracts a great deal of person flows to car flows for the own characteristic. It also is easy to produce traffic congest and traffic jam. Congest and delay usually spread to bigger scope. It results in a lot of influences. So it is necessary to improve the traffic of city central district.Firstly, The paper puts forward the importance of the traffic improvement of city central district. It makes some theories research for the traffic improvement of the centre area and enumerates some practical experience at home and abroad, then on this basis, the paper summarizes some countermeasures and methods which are commonly used in improving traffic of domestic and international central district of cities at present.
