Study On Static Traffic Facilities Layout Planning In Qujing City Central District From The Perspective Of Traffic Diversification

With the continuous socio-economic development and the acceleration of the urbanization process,the number of urban motor vehicles has increased explosively,which has brought tremendous pressure and severe test to the urban traffic.In the unlimited growth of cars while the city static traffic system can not fully meet the demand,supply and demand conflicts are becoming more and more prominent.In this thesis,the static traffic facilities in the downtown area of Qujing are used as the object of study,through the analysis of the residents’ travel,public transportation status,parking facilities status,land use status,motor vehicle ownership and parking policy and management,it is believed that the static traffic problems in the downtown area of Qujing are mainly caused by the lack of strict urban planning and land control,the lack of proper guidance for the development of cars,the static traffic facilities,and the lack of proper guidance for the development of cars.The imbalance between supply and demand,inadequate static traffic management mechanism,inadequate public transport system,inadequate road network structure,inadequate laws and regulations,and many other reasons.To solve these problems,it is necessary to clarify ideas and goals.By analyzing and learning from the relevant research and management experience of domestic and foreign developed countries or regions,it is proposed that Qujing downtown should establish a "public transport priority" as the leading urban development strategy and static traffic layout planning ideas,and put forward a public transport guide travel development strategy,differentiated supply development strategy,integrated management development strategy.The development strategies and objectives of the development of parking information strategy and green low-carbon traffic development strategy for the city static traffic facilities layout planning.It is expected to provide a useful reference for the development of static traffic in downtown Qujing.
