Testing and adjusting wheel side slip and wheel alignment parameters are put more important into the detecting department with the improvement of average running speed of vehicles and modern road conditions. The dynamic measuring method of alignment parameters based on the Satisfaction Criterion Model (SCM) is presented in this paper. Using the quadratic regression crosscut combination method to organize the experiment, the mapping relationship between side force of slippage and camber angle and toe-in of the testing vehicles is obtained by regressing the experiment data. In this experiment, side force and slippage are testing objects, camber and toe-in value are testing factors. The main calculation is composed of the generalized form of SCM and the Genetic Algorithm (GA). With the helping of the mapping relationship, the dynamic measuring of alignment parameters and the on-line adjusting message of camber angle and toe-in value can displayed to workers by the computer. So it will help them to adjust the parameters and detecting side force or slippage. In the last, the model, the method and the component of this system are in the right place verified by the really experiment. It will provide scientific basic for researching and developing simple, convenient and dynamical intelligent side slip tester.
