The technology of Aircraft airfoil Variable Camber Adaptive Wing is to change wing camber in real time according to flight environment and flight task so that the flight efficiency can be improved and the flexibility of aircraft also be enhanced in order to adapt to the complex environment of flight task, which could be seen as one of the major research directions in achieving the new breakthroughs of aviation technology. This paper is about some key technologies of adaptive variable camber wing design and other research studies, for example, variable camber trailing edge wing ribs design and zero compliant mechanisms based on zero poisson's ratio of honeycomb core design and optimization of skin. The content of this paper can be demonstrated as following:1. Summarizing and inducting the major research direction and key technology based on the detailed analysis of research background and research status with a view to making a clear direction about the research study.2. Designing trailing edge variable camber wing organization developed from UVA wing and referring to DLR rib design as well as making a preliminary simulation analysis of the model by using dynamics simulation software Adams.3. Designing zero Poisson's ratio of honeycomb core skin which satisfies certain practical demands with the help of the preview researches and constructing model of skin and optimum design of the mechanical model and at the same time proposing honeycomb core base selection method and optimizing it by using genetic algorithm as well as making a simulation analysis by using Patran-Nastran finite element simulation software.4. Analyzing the effects of variable camber trailing edge in the mobile sector clearance in difference situations on trailing edge deflection after combining the theory of two space model theory with Adams simulation software, which offers references for further improved design.5. Analyzing and comparing the differences among coefficient of lift and coefficient of drag, pressure coefficient , L/D as well as other parameters of variable-camber wing trailing edge and conventional rigid wing trailing edge by using fluent flow field simulation software, which shows that variable camber adaptive wing takes a great advantage over conventional wing...
