The Study On Urban Planning Union After Adjustment Of Hangzhou Regionalism

Nowadays, many cities in china are processing adjustments of regionalism.Thereout,it brings the re-conformity of the city resources, innovations of management system and the new topics for discussion how to accelerate the syncretise and the developments of the city.Virtually,"regionalism" is the "assignments of the rights in space",it is the procession and status of public rights partitions in different region. In the administration system of our country, the development of the city and the status of correspond city system are directly related to the assignments of the public rights in space. Namely,dependding on the regionalism, the cause of city development are deeply affected by the administration rights. Therefore, the adjustment of regionalism and innovation have important effect to the development of the city. In this paper, Hangzhou city are analysed as a case in detail.With the background of 21st century characterized by "City Century" and economic globalization, Hangzhou and its adjacent cities are facing the opportunity and challenge brought by macro-economy. After series adjustments of regionalism, Hangzhou have cast off the spatial cord of the city development and formed the big spatial pattern. However there are still some problems in the city management system characterized by one central city around by three towns and the distributions and construction of infrastructure at present in Hangzhou. Many obstacles about the system have not been overcome effectively.The thesis analyzed the effect and deficiency about the regionalism in Hangzhou city, found the main problem and contradiction. It pointed out the imminence under the situation to deepen the effect of adjustment and express the advantage of integration in metropolitan areas. According to the conditions of macro-economy development in Hangzhou, the thesis presents the development aim and ways how to confirm the functions of Hangzhou City. The thesis gave the synthetically study about configuration of the ground resource, integration of spatial structure and the importance of coordinating infrastructure in City. It put forward recent action plan, try to give some reasonable advices about unifying the conception of development and coordinating the responsibility.
