Design Of The DC600V Power-Supply Compositive Test Equipment

The thesis completes the design of DC600V field power supply by practical requirement. The thesis introduces the test equipment and accessorial test and control software. It gives the instance of the system. In addition, it designs point to the operation problems.At first, it designs the rectifier part of the DC600V field power supply. It choose the suitable main circuit according to the experiment request. According to the requirement of the project, the thesis designs the detection circuit of voltage, current and harmonic separately.Because the whole process of experience is controlled by industrial PC, the thesis designs the channels of analog output and input signals and channels of digtal output and input signals. And it realizes the hardware circuit. The experiment equipment applies the DELPHI as the develop software tool to program the computer control software and relevant IC card charging software.In the end, the equipment is used in the work. The feedback imformation proves it as a practical tool for the maintenance of the electric apparatus such as air-conditioner on the carriage. Otherwise it can calculate the energy in the maintenance process accurately. The system has perfect performance . It is easily handled and credible.
