Pneumatic automatic weapons in the development,testing,acceptance process,need to conduct a large number of live fire test to test the performance parameters of weapons.Live ammunition shooting is close to the actual environment of the most direct and effective means,but live ammunition also brought a lot of problems: live ammunition not only produce high ammunition costs,but also produce site maintenance costs,the most important is the people and The environment will bring harm.In order to solve the problems existing in the development,test and acceptance of the automatic guided weapon,this project has developed a pilot automatic weapon simulation test bed.The self-propelled automatic weapon simulation test bench uses the compressed high-pressure gas to simulate the high-pressure gunpowder gas produced by the gunpowder during the firing process.The test bed system simulates the launch of the live ammunition by controlling the corresponding high-speed solenoid valve.The angle of the weapon is simulated by adjusting the pitch angle of the test-bench,and the relevant performance parameters are collected at the same time.Because the simulation test bed simulates the specific situation of the live launch by means of the relevant equipment,the entire test can be carried out in the laboratory,not only to save the test ammunition and test range,but also to get rid of the test site and natural factors,and more convenient Repeated trial and test data collection.This design is mainly carried out the development of the control system of the automatic control system of the guided air.The design of the test bench control system for the soft and hardware design and development of the system used in the selection of the main electrical components,the design of the system circuit system,the use of object-oriented high-level programming language Delphi7 developed the entire test Taiwan's software system.The system software implements the motion control and data acquisition and control of the system.The filtering algorithm is designed to filter the collected data,and the processed data are displayed in real time on the software oscilloscope in the form of waveform.Based on Delphi7 development The system of communication procedures,to achieve the system and the serial communication between the encoder.After completing the hardware design and installation of the test bench system,the test bench control system was commissioned.A simulated shooting test was carried out on a test rig which completed the commissioning of a certain type,and the corresponding test data were collected and displayed in the form of a waveform in the course of the test.The test results show that the design of the test bed control system can achieve a variety of models of automatic weapons simulation test,to meet the performance requirements of the cooperation unit.
