The heat displacement of ductwork, either windpipe in thermodynamic energy power plant or water pipe or pipes in petrol or chemical industries can be very big arrange from a few mm to several hundreds mm. It is requested to adopt constant force hanger in order to avoid the dangerous bending stress and its stress transfer in ductwork. Therefore constant force hanger has widespread usage in industry.The research put emphasis onto actual application in constant force hanger on the basis of the research of constant force hanger structure and optimized design theory and MATLAB heredity calculation. The main research result is as follows:1. The research constructs a reasonable constant force hanger optimized mathematics model according to the application of moment equilibrium principle in accordance with the investigation of constant force hanger' principle, types and characteristics and its analysis of hanger displacement. 2. The research ensures the best design scheme and puts forwards constant force hanger heredity optimized methods also optimizes the structure parameters. 3. It completes the CAD Model based on Solidworks and it effaces the unnecessary hidden trouble before process and assemblage therefore makes sure that production can be produced through only one trial-produce so it reduces the cost and shorten the design & manufacturing period. 4. The research completes the constant force hanger experimental platform design including hydraulic pressure system principle and electrification system principle and its general design of experimental platform after analysis of assemblage and experiment of constant force hangerThe research aims for industry therefore it turns into practice after its completion of research. And it has obtained good economic results for industries and for society. Its success of constant force optimized design based on MATLAB greatly reduce cost and shorten process periods so that it presents reference for spreading such new technology as modern design technology and computer technology in order to promote quality in mechanical manufacturing.The topic is a key research item for Deyang industry and its serial number is 2003GG003-1. And this research has passed theauthentication by Deyang Science and Technology Department. Their opinion is that this research constructs a reasonable mathematics model based on the research of constant force hanger together with its optimized design and CAD model so that it promotes the quality of production and reduces cost and shorten design & manufacturing period.
