BuJi River is an important anabranch of ShenZhen River in the city of ShenZhen.Because the design standard to prevent or control flood of BuJi River drainage basin is on the low side, what's more, the lower reaches of BuJi River is part of tidal effected river and affected by the tide, flood and waterlog take place in this years. So it is very impendence to study the project and operation rule to prevent or control flood of BuJi River.Most of the rivers in coastal city are tidal effected river and the movement of water lever is the effect of together action of tide and flood, so the relation of water lever and flux is very complicated. With the background of flood control operation in the drainage basin of BuJi River in ShenZhen, the generic rule of tide in the tidal effected river is researched in this paper. Through tidal-flood separated, the water lever changed from flood is analyzed quantificationally with a method of subsection linear approach, and the material arithmetic of tidewater compensability operation is advanced based the tide forecast and the relation of water lever change.The first chapter of the paper is exordium. Some common question of prevents or control flood, the background, the primary problem and the research means of this study are introduced briefly.The second chapter is a summarize of common theory and method of tide. Some basic concept, form elements, basic rule, common method of analysis and forecast of tide are introduced in this chapter.The third chapter is the main work of this paper. The periodicity rule of the change of tide, forecasting the trend of change of the tide waterlevel, forecasting theprimary tide waterlevel on flood season, separating the tide from the flood on the waterlevel of the tidal effected river and ascertain the relationship of the added water are reasearched. All this study is the preparation of the tidewater compensability operation of Buji basin.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter use the NN model and the Wavelet Theory to analyse the data of tidewater level of the BuJi River, and use Genetic Algorithm to forecast the tidewater level, also use the Wavelet Algorithm to calculate the harmonious constant of tide, at the same time forecast the tidewater level, and compares these methods.The sixth chapter is the research of tidewater compensability operation of the Buji River basin and optimize operation of SunGang. With the application of the tidewater research in prevent flood, combining the water line of SunGang to the estuary of BuJi River, the tidewater compensability operation principles and methods of flood detention area of SunGang are reasearched. And also the tidewater compensability operation results compared with the results of operation rule are analysied.The seventh chapter is summary and prospect. The prime work and new theory and method in this paper are summarized briefly. Besides, some question in existence and the foreground of the problem studied in the paper are put forward.
