CFD Analysis And Parameterized Modeling Of Centrifugal Compressor

With the extending of applied range of centrifugal compressor, it is developing forward the direction of miniaturization and high pressure ratio. Based on the market demand of centrifugal compressor, interrelated discussion and investigation was carried out by using making the most of CFD. In order to achieve the numerical simulation of centrifugal compressor efficiently, founded on the characteristic of centrifugal compressor, a parameterized program of numerical simulation was developed in this paper, and substantive research was put up by the program. Firstly, based on the requirement of CFD application in modern turbomachine and grasping FLUENT that is a commercial preprocess code, secondary exploiture, which is a complex coarse that is from designment and optimization of project to exporting result and database management, was finished by utilizing OOP and database technologies, Plentiful time for numerical simulation of centrifugal compressor was saved by using the parameterized program. To acquire a satisfactory and efficient centrifugal compressor, NREC is used to design efficient impeller. numerical simulation of the project was accomplished based on parameterized program, the result of the simulation and performance in design proposal were compared,the precision of numerical simulation on centrifugal compressor was validated. By researching and analysing questions on internal flow, performance and loss of components, some judgement of improvement was give out, a satisfactory design project was acquired, which can supply the reference for another design and optimization of centrifugal compressor. Choosing the double-stage compressor,important questions in numerical simulation of multistage compressor were analysed. And parellel computation was used to make up the insufficiency computation resource of single machine,fine effectiveness was deserved. Finally, combined the application of CFD in centrifugal compressor and other aspects experience of the author about CFD, Frequent and efficient CFD key technologies was discussed and analysed.
