Intelligent Multifunctional Electrical Parameters Meter Based On 80C196KB

Intelligent instrument is a kind of intelligent measuring and controlling system that combines computer technology and measuring and controlling technology with MCU being its main body. Intelligent instrument has many strongpoints which tradional instrument hasn't, such as automatic operation, data processing and friendly man-machine conversation function. So, it can be applied widely in all kinds of fields. With the rapid development of microelectronics and information technology, intelligent instrument will develop in micromation, multifunctional and network direction. This paper starts with the actuality of intelligent instrument, then studies and analyses the measuring means and theory arithemetic of many kinds of electrical parameter. We complete the speciman of intelligent multifunctional electronical parameter instrument by using high-powered 80C196KB for microcontroller, this specimen has the function of measure range's automatic changing and True Effective Value (TEV) measuring. During the main-controling hardware circuit design of MCU, this paper introduces the design way of CPU circuit in detail and design of the controlling circuit based on 8255.What's more, this paper provides design of periphery interface circuit about communication, display and print. About the analog circuit of measuring channels, this paper introduces also the principle of automatic changing of measure range and True Effective Value measure, in addition, it provides the measure means and circuit diagrams of all electrical parameter-measuring. Finally, the design about hardware anti-jamming also is discussed. About the software, the simulations of some circuit are also provided in this paper. The compiling and flow of software of MCU have been showed. In addition this paper provides the design about software anti-jamming. Some experimental results of this system are recorded and the sampling error is also analyzed in this paper. At last, author summarizes all of this paper and mends the design of this instrument. Some recommendations and advices are presented .
