The paper bring forward a few of auto-refocusing arithmetic used in optical system of infrared guidance head, the method estimate out-focus extent of imaging system by calculating the definition of infrared image from IRCCD and correct it. We shoot the infrared images of fighter and radiated black body, then we intercept image serial used in coarse refocusing and obtain image serial used in accurate refocusing by low pass filter. Finally, we imitate the course of search optimal image plane and make choice of the arithmetic Based on Comparing the Frame's Spectrums and choose optimum seeking method in researching the optimal image plane. After emulational operation, we can conclude that the precision of arithmetic Based on Comparing the Frame's Spectrums is higher than other refocusing arithmetic and have the advantages of good ability to resist noise, good robust, small calculation. Due to limited refocusing ability, after focusing, the picture shooted on optimal image plane is little blurred, so we select the Winner filter to deblur. There are five parts in the paper, the first chapter is exordium, the chapter introduce the problem background and source, the development level of refocus based on image; The second chapter depict the principle of refocus arithmetic based on image; The third chapter introduce the fundamental of a few of image resume arithmetic particularly; The fourth chapter is experimentation and imitate real part, it expatiate emulational process and result; The last part is conclusion portion, it sum up the discourse and fix the arithmetic of refocus and image deblur used in Infrared Guidance Head.
