Study On Design Methods For Intelligence Building

Intelligent Building (IB) is a building with safety, high efficiency, advantage and agility characteristic, which gets reasonable invest and meets the need of information society by integrating the computer technology, communication technology, and information technology and architecture art organically.The first IB of the world called CITY PLACE is built in Hartford City of US in 1984, its success arouses the world's attention and follow. Henceforth, IB is built in more and more cities of the world such as in Europe, America and Japan.The flourish of IB reflects that the development of information technology is very rapid and the application of information technology is much broader, and reflects the enormous needs of IB for the development of information society.It is an essential flying that the building is evolved to IB. The building's meanings is developed to a large width, and the tasks of architecture design are added hugely. Therefore, it is a baptism for every architect to act this important role and become an intelligent architect from a common architect. On the one hand, the study of intelligent building design needs the systemic and holistic frame system, on the other hand, intelligent building design needs more guidance in operation and in practice.In this paper, the development, the composing and characteristic are introduced. In order to offer guidance and design methods in design practice, intelligent building design method is discussed by Building Automatic System and Architecture System.
