Boiler-turbine coordinated control system (CCS) of fossil-fired unit is a difficultproblem in thermal control. The main problems lie in: couple between boiler and turbinecontrol loop;big lag in fuel control loop and the non-linear characters when the loadchanges widely. This paper analyses these problems, and provide a solution accordingly.(1) Synthesize the advantage of direct and indirect energy balance coordinated controlsystem and provide the improvement scheme of the conventional coordinated controlsystem. This paper use mainly with DEB to control the stable state, the feedforward toovercomes the definite value perturbation of the power, therefore, it is a new coordinatedcontrol scheme. (2) Provide a fuzzy supervisory control algorithm, its local model controller ismulti-variables robust controller and its supervisor inter-model is T-S fuzzy model, andprovides a certified method for its total stability.(3) Application of fuzzy supervisory coordinated control system. With the practicalunit, we realized the fuzzy supervisory coordinated control system described above. Theapplication result proves the validity of the control method.
