Steam turbine in the ship power in order to promote the steam turbine and main steam turbine to generate electricity in two forms,in order to realize the combustion system in the process of ship operation for vessels and turbine coordinated control strategy between research,in this paper,based on the actual research project,according to the working principle of the device,the supercharged boiler combustion system and the coordinated control between the steam turbine control strategy research,carried out the research work:Firstly,the working mechanism of the combustion system of a supercharged boiler is studied in depth according to the operating characteristics of the supercharged boiler and its auxiliary equipment.In accordance with the law of conservation of energy and the law of conservation of mass,the combustion system of a supercharged boiler is modeled.The model of the combustion system circuit,the flue gas loop and the load end of the main steam turbine is set up respectively,which lays the foundation for the control of the whole combustion system.Secondly,the control method of the fuel and air circuit is studied for the input end of the combustion system.Fuel end through PID control of each loop has good dynamic characteristics,taking into account the safety of the combustion process,the coupling for the control of fuel flow,fuel manifold pressure,fuel pressure three loop,to verify the safety and feasibility of fuel system coupling process.Through the PID control of the flue gas loop,the dynamic characteristic curve of turbine unit and auxiliary steam turbine is obtained,and the correctness of the flue gas loop model is verified.Based on the PID controller,fuzzy control is put forward to further improve the dynamic performance of the air flow.Considering the safety of the combustion process under different conditions,through the air and fuel ratio in the combustion process of adjustment,increase system load in advance to compensate for the air flow,reduce the air flow in the process of pre reduced system load combustion,prevent supercharged boiler black smoke and white smoke phenomenon in the combustion process.Then,in the main steam circuit input end,the premise that the fuel and air circuit to get good control,the PID control of the main steam pressure loop,to verify the accuracy of the model,but the load condition,under the changes of PID for the whole system can be very good to complete the following regulation.Considering that the combustion system is a complex and large lag link,a control strategy of generalized predictive control is proposed.Predictive control through the main steam loop respectively,generalized predictive control and dynamic matrix,compare the two methods,the better dynamic performance of the generalized predictive control,more practical,can realize the load changes,to control the main steam pressure better.Finally,this paper takes into account the influence of the ship propulsion steam turbine when the load is abrupt in the power station,and makes a coordinated control strategy for this situation.The mathematical model of the turbine generator is given by analogy with the mathematical model of the steam turbine generator set,and the simulation analysis of the system is carried out.In two steam ratio,through the control of the main steam pressure to promote the turbine and steam turbine coordinated control in power load to ensure the speed of mutation,stability.The simulation results show that the control strategy can effectively inhibit the sudden change of load on the steam turbine,and the combustion system can operate quickly under different working conditions.The control system has good antiinterference and rapidity.In this paper,aiming at the difficulty of coordinated control system and power plant combustion marine supercharged boiler,the design of the relevant controller,the experimental results show that the coordinated control of these control methods are able to achieve the power plant combustion system and marine supercharged boiler,and on this basis to solve the operation problem of steam turbine propulsion ship considering the condition that the actual speed remained stable.
