This paper studied the new materials of reinforcement concrete structural to resist corrosion in marine environments. It analyzed the factors that influenced the deterioration of concrete in marine environments. It also summarized the nowadays measures to resist the corrosion of concrete. Finally, several kinds of mineral admixtures, which used widely and chemical additives were selected to be studied by a serial of systematic tests. In addition, the microstructures and mechanisms of these materials were tested and analyzed. The cement mortar and concrete experiments were carried out to compare and analyze the mechanical properties and the chloride ion permeability resistance. It showed that the selected mineral admixtures such as fly ash, slag and silica fume and chemical additives could also improve the performance of corrosion resistance of concrete exposed to the simulated marine environments. The shrinkage and cracks properties wereMeanwhile, based on the slag-SF composite mineral admixture some polymers were used to the concrete to improve the pore structure and the density of concrete. The polymers are HMPC, 554Z and BSA. The improvement of the mechanical properties, the chlorideion permeability resistance and the shrinkage and cracks was analyzed according to the cement mortar and concrete tests. The respective polymer with different dosage and the composites with at least two different polymers were also studied by tests. The purpose of the tests was to find out the most suitable materials that could be used to concrete in marine environments. As the existing Rebar Inhibitors are mostly poisonous to the environments, several polymers that are impoisonous were selected in the paper. The cement pastes test was carried out for the XRD and FSEM test. The microstructures of the cement pastes with different materials were studied by XRD and SEM methods. The mechanism of corrosion resistance of different materials was discussed.
