As China gradually increases the exploitation and utilization of marine resources and continuously increases the intensity of building islands.Marine engineering and related buildings face the challenge of marine erosion.In the past,in the Mainland or in the coastal areas,it was possible to solve the issue by painting steel rebars or mailing anti-corrosion coatings.However,in the ocean,the general environment of organic anticorrosive coatings such as high temperature,high humidity,and high salt is not good enough due to durability.It is difficult to play a good role in protection.At the same time,the use of protective measures such as the use of large amounts of epoxy rebar can not only fail to cope with the environment,but also because of its relatively high cost,it is not convenient to put it into use in large quantities.Therefore,the development of an inorganic anti-corrosion coating not only solves the problem of durability,but also reduces the cost and solves the problems in the construction process.This topic developed a new type of polymer reinforced concrete mortar,mainly in the following areas.1 This project developed a polymer reinforced anticorrosive mortar.The mortar in the ocean or coastal areas appear in high temperature,high humidity,high salinity environment,good protection of steel is not corroded.The anti-corrosion mortar based on theoretical research before the group made further improvements to meet the actual needs.P062.5 cement will be replaced with P052.5 cement,with SC42.5 cement to form silicate-sulfoaluminate composite system.2 making impermeability test block,chloride ion concentration test block,compressive strength test block,etc.to study the basic physical properties of the mortar.3 Using a laboratory-developed spray device for simulating ocean splashing,set up a control group,test the physical properties of the anticorrosive mortar in an approximate real marine environment,and observe the actual protective effect of the anticorrosive mortar on the reinforcing steel.4 Make paste,and do scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)to study the hydration mechanism,and prove the excellent performance of the mortar theoretically.
