The shortage and the illogical distribution of Water resource in our country have become the most important factors which restrict Country Economy development. At present, How to adjust the distribution of water resource of our country appropriately and carry out continuable development are the most urgent questions waiting for us to solve. Among the long distance transporting project, the hydraulic structures mostly used are channels and water transporting buildings. As a important water transporting building, Aqueduct's significance goes without saying. In earthquake-resistance research of Aqueduct structure, the influence of water is not allowed to be ignored.At the present time, the water body in Aqueduct simplified methods are divided into two kinds. One are the linear method, such as Westergaard additional mass, Housner model. The other are the nonlinear method, which studies on the effect of liquid nonlinear sway to aqueduct, such as boundary element method, ALE finite Element Method etc.Based on the finite Element theory of interaction between fluid and solid, two kinds of Visual Fortran procedures are adopt in this thesis to calculate the dynamical response of Aqueduct with water: One can present the response of water body's dynamical pressure as well as all kinds of dynamical response of structure by solving Finite Element fluid-solid coupling equations when taking no account of the sloshing of water body; the other takes the sloshing of water body into account making use of Level Set theory, and analyze the influence of water sloshing to the. dynamical response of Aqueduct.By calculating, the Aqueduct's dynamical response along with water body dynamical pressure response can be concluded whether taking the water influence into account or not, and also the Aqueduct's dynamical response when taking water sloshing into account or not. The main factors which influence the dynamical response of Aqueduct are concluded in this paper. By doing this, we find fundamentally the earthquake response character of Aqueduct and the influence of water body to Aqueduct's dynamical response. Besides that, Additional water mass method and Housner method are both adopted through ANSYS to calculate dynamical time-history response, comparing with the method which is adopted in this thesis in the result.Finally, I summarize what I have done in the paper and point out that considering the action from water to Aqueduct can assue the safety but overrate the dynamical response of Aqueduct, and indicate the development direction of Aqueduct dynamical calculation when considering water influence.
