Bridges are important components of the communication transit. In health state of bridge structure is the premise of communication working in gear. If there were any serious damages in bridge, it would influence on people's safety and losing of wealth. Thereby, do some reliability test and evaluation to existing reinforced concrete bridge are the urgent role to be reserved in our country. This paper introduces the concept & development of engineering reliability, especially it relates bridges' reliability & many aspects of reliability evaluation. Firstly, the paper discuss reliability principle and calculation method on existence bridges, that include calculation of single-unit and plurality. Secondly the paper durability thesis simply. This thesis analysis principle of damage on Qinghong bridge and use ADINA to calculate the reliability evaluation under evaluation the principle. And the result is identical of result of finite element. This thesis is draw lesson of bridge evaluation.
