As we know, the 21st century is the century of the ocean. The man has taken his steps into this field for her rich resources, and the scientific and technical payoffs have become a sharp knife to overcome the difficulties. The grouting machine is an electromechanical device for offshore constructions, which require high reliability, operative convenience and optimized construction. However, any systematic scheme hasn't been present in board. Some of them are only the reproduction of concrete batching plant, which can't be used directly for their different work condition.According to the offshore working condition, we design a grouting machine program. The main work is below.1. The structure of the machine is researched, which is three-layer structure (buffer, measurement and mixing). After that, the process flow is introduced in details.2. Based on the standard model, the screw conveyer is analyzed about its mechanical character and kinematical character. So we can determine the power and design its constructor reasonably.3. The structure of the mixer is designed. And analyze its mechanical character and its velocity by graphic way.4. A weighting system is designed, which include the cement, water and AE. The cement system is instructed mainly.5. The mud fluid is discharged variably by conversion. As this way, it is easier to modulate the output and conserve the energy.6. A closed loop control system makes the process flow more concordant, in which the weighting resources determine the output of the mud, as a feedback that the output influences the weighting.
